Balcony Bob is a running local dispatch from Hillsboro Inlet, part waterfront observation post, part comedy booth, part public service announcement for anyone tempted to do something stupid near the boats.
If something ridiculous happens on the water, if the weather turns, if the wildlife shows up, or if somebody does something they absolutely should have known better than to do, it probably ends up here.
